Our partners are a full scale digital and print marketing company, looking for a well rounded and dedicated warehouse professional to join their team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing the warehouse space, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies
• Accurately record received items into inventory management system
• Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirements
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks using forklifts or other equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security protocols
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license to operate company trucks
• Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, sometimes exceeding 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends as needed
• Forklift certification is a plus
