  • Responsibilities

    National leading provider of general contracting and project management services for commercial build-outs, project rollouts, renovations and retrofits is currently seeking a Cost Management Coordinator with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to join our growing team.

    [Duties ]

    • Set up projects and managing of each project from when it comes from Client until bid and or all subs are found if awarded
    • Finding & tracking qualified subcontractors that have experience with similar projects
    • Uploading drawings into blue beam so Estimator can perform take-offs, submitting RFI’s, and submitting bid forms, etc..


    [Requirements ]
    • Be able to read blueprints
    • Prior experience working in an office support position for a construction company
    • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs & Construction Management software


    [Details ]
    • $55k - $60k depending on experience
    • 401k, profit sharing, health, dental, vision, life, PTO, referral bonuses, and early leave during Summer on Fridays
    • Mon-Fri | 8am – 5pm
