    What You Will Be Doing

    Develop and oversee all aspects of the sales process.

    Oversee the lead generation process.

    Establish budgets in conjunction with the CEO.

    Achieve results within the allocated budget.

    Recruiting, hiring, training, and maintaining a result driven sales organization.

    Develop marketing campaigns that inspire business owners to request more information.

    Invite business owners that respond to our marketing initiatives to test-drive our success system by attending a FREE seminar held in major cities across the United States.

    Deliver a dynamic, high-energy powerful presentation to a group of business owners that compels them to request access to our proprietary mentoring system.

    Preferred Background & Skills

    Proven successful track record in sales and sales management.

    Self-motivated with a high level of self-discipline.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Group presentation skills a plus.

    Bachelor’s degree or MBA is a plus.

    Microsoft suite skills.

    Positive, can do attitude.

    High-energy approach to business.

    Desire to help people.
