INDUSTRY: Oilfield Chemicals

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

Our client, an oilfield chemical company, is seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide ongoing technical support to Sales team, staff, and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the sales team by attending customer sales meetings to give technical advice.
• Provide technical training to internal staff and customers.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with new and existing customers, maintain relationships, provide problem solving and support to clients.
• Provide technical assistance, pull chemical samples and submit results of samples for recommendation to clients.
• Prepare and submit reports on monthly usage, lab results and cost analysis.
• Conduct monthly sampling and monitoring for customer reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical service experience related to oilfield chemicals.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and mechanical skills.
• Proficient in all MS programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
