LOCATION: Houston, TX (Energy Corridor)
INDUSTRY: Petrochemical
POSITION STATUS: Temp to Hire (6 months fixed term to possibly regular full-time employee)
Responsibilities:
- SAP entry of travel expenses for employees/excel spreadsheet creation of all travel expenses
- SAP accounting functions including processing invoices, deposits and mailing out payment
- Assist all visitors either from Headquarters or visiting companies in daily tasks
- Report budget/bank balance
- Communicate with the HQ for office support
- Maintain department calendar for all meeting and conferences
- Support to all SK executives and support staff
- Coordination and organization for Tradeshow/events
- Maintain office and breakroom supplies
- Purchase IT equipment for the office
- Assist with new hire employees (access card, supplies, vendor set up in SAP)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Min 2+ years in an administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong initiative, organization and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Capability of handling multiple assignments, establishing priorities and adapting to frequent changes
- Ability to handle diverse workload; professional demeanor; flexibility; self-starter
- Ability to prioritize and to manage multiple, simultaneous and at times, competing deliverables
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
