ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of a portfolio of technology-related projects
• Manage project scope, costs, and overall budget
• Define client needs and solution delivery requirements
• Manage the execution of project activities, tracking timeline and adjusting plan to meet deadlines, as well as performance reviews for the project team
• Coordinate with and manage on-shore and off-shore teams
• Interact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality deliverables meet expectations and solve client needs

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum
• 7 to 10 years’ experience managing large-scale software development projects
• Proven track record of success collaborating with clients
• Prefer some experience within financial services or insurance industry
• PMP certification a plus
• Ability to travel, some internationally
