POSITION: Field Hand (Entry-Level)

SCHEDULE: Flexible, Rotational (2 Weeks On/1 Week Off)
We are currently looking to expand our client's operations by adding motivated Entry-Level Field Hands to their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to start a career in the oil and gas industry, with ample room for growth and professional development.
CONTEXT: As an Entry-Level Field Hand, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day rental operations. This position involves the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from various locations, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. We offer a flexible schedule with a unique rotational work pattern, providing housing for those on a rotational schedule to support work-life balance and ease of operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely deliver and pick up equipment from specified locations within set timelines.
- Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment before and after use, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Assist in loading and unloading equipment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment movement and condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure operational goals are met.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (less than 3 tickets within the previous 3 years).
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
