INDUSTRY: commercial construction, low voltage, electrical, technology & infrastructure

LOCATION: Round Rock, TX (Austin Metro)

Our client, a commercial construction company, is seeking a hardworking, creative, and energetic individual with at least 5 years of experience in marketing and customer relations to reinforce and develop branding for a rapidly growing construction/tech hybrid company. This position will be responsible for all outbound marketing initiatives and will report to the Director of Sales and Business Development.

Responsible for all Company marketing collateral, including but not limited to: printed materials, web design, social media management, video editing, e-commerce, etc. Assist the Director of Sales and Business Development in forging and fostering new and existing customer relationships to ensure the company's place as the industry leader for Central Texas and beyond. Clearly represent company’s core values and incorporate them into company communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing and customer relations
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Ability to leverage marketing software to create dynamic, timely deliverables
• Ability to distill technical information for distribution to non-industry audiences (customers, community partners, etc.)
• Proven experience with seamless event planning and coordination, including budget management and logistics
• Professional appearance and engaging attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, public relations, journalism, or similar field
• Public relations experience
