Job Description
Goldco, a leading precious metals company, located in a beautiful, easily accessible office in Woodland Hills, CA, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing company.
A successful Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is a reliable professional with expertise in customer service. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Answer and transfer incoming calls
Schedule appointments
Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist all departments with miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications
At least one year of reception experience in a professional office
College degree is a benefit, but not required. Equivalent work experience or a demonstrated ability to successfully perform the requirements of the position is also sufficient
Calm demeanor; able to handle pressure with ease
Be personable and customer service-oriented
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with SalesForce a plus
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time.
Constantly operates a telephone, computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers and other third-parties.
