    Monday - Friday Schedule

    Office Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm

    Great communication skills and a willingness to be cross trained are highly valued.

    Responsibilities include:

    Assist with answering office phone and fielding phone calls from patients to address clinical questions and concerns.

    Escort patients to exam rooms, complete initial intake, and start notes.

    Documenting in EMR system.

    Scribe for provider(s) during exam.

    Assist with procedures such as biopsies, excisions, and cosmetic procedures.

    Communicate with insurance companies and/or pharmacies to get prior authorizations for procedures and medications.

    ​Qualifications:

    Strong interpersonal skills & work ethic.

    High standard of professionalism & integrity.

    Previous experience as a medical assistant in a healthcare setting.

    Dermatology experience is desired but not required.

    Familiarity with scribing (experienced applicants will be contacted first), prior authorizations and medical terminology.

    Attention to detail & accuracy is essential.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Flexible and quick on your feet.

    Bilingual (Spanish speaking) a plus but not required.
