This is a hunter role, responsible for NEW sales only. No account management necessary other than to use current customers as a referral source. This is a commission based role, with unlimited earnings - no cap! Sales cycles are fairly short for residential work, and a bit longer for commercial work. This is RESIDUAL INCOME!! EACH TIME IT IS MOWED/SPRAYED/CLEANED ETC.. YOU GET PAID.. THIS IS A RARE STRUCTURE THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH OTHERS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE HIGH ENERGY AND WORK ETHIC. IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED IN THE INDUSTRY DO NOT APPLY. THIS IS NOT A TRAINING POSITION , THIS IS A TOP PAY 6 DIGIT POTENTIAL, We DO WORK FROM BIDS, TO INSTALLS , TO SERVICE, WE COVER IT ALL.. Base plus commission...

Must provide own reliable transportation and mobile phone.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase sales through building relationships with NEW potential clients - very little account management
• Sales calls to potential customers and referral sources
• Promote brand awareness by attending local networking events
• Visit each client's property to assess service delivery vs. the SOW and customer expectations
• Maintain records of all sales and marketing activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services and stay current with market trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• five or more years related experience in the industry and must have had some sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player who can work independently
