About the Role:
Premier Home Health Care Inc is looking for a driven and passionate Home Health Care Marketer to join our growing team in Northglenn, CO. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, building meaningful relationships that connect patients and families with the quality care they deserve. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote home health care services in the Northglenn and surrounding communities
Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals
Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources including clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities
Represent Premier Home Health Care Inc at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
Track and analyze referral data and marketing metrics to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction
Educate referral partners and the community on available home health care services and eligibility requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or a related medical sales role preferred
Strong knowledge of the home health care industry, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and referral processes
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a field-based role
Proficiency with CRM software and basic marketing tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
