Personal Lines Underwriter (Hybrid) | Phoenix, AZ | $100K+ bonus

This is a new Personal Lines Underwriting opportunity with a leading insurance organization based in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is a hybrid role where the candidate will be both a producer and underwriter for personal lines. The ideal candidate will have the ability to market new business while maintaining and expanding current accounts. They offer a list with 100 existing agents, all leads would be a warm/hot transfer.

The existing book is $1.1 million in premium and has over 550 policies in place.

• Build, maintain, and grow a book of business
• Manage agency relationships and serve as lead client contact
• Create and execute marketing plan to increase new and renewal business
• Rate, quote and bind each risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing for large or complex renewals as well as new business
