PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

Full Time/Direct-Hire

Position is to partner with the client's Chicago area leadership, Communication, Operations, Finance, Community Modulization, and many other internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate and grow all client's Midwest donor partnerships, including non-profit and educational organizations, government, state and county boards of Health as well as Emergency Agencies. Collaborate with internal teams to craft localized partnership resources that may also include funding resources. Regularly input donor information into Salesforce and produce strategic reports to help prioritize.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5-7 years' experience in Non-profit development roles or for-profit clients' services/ account management role; national-Level experience preferred. Proven track record of development experience and/or partnership management/client service experience, including customizable programs and initiatives to drive operational performance. Experience developing marketing and communication materials. writing fundraising proposal and applying for grant applications.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business administration, business development, non-profit management, and development.
