Skills and Responsibilities:

• Show Market Ready townhomes and community to prospective customers.
• Prepare Application and Lease documents for new residents.
• Assist in the property marketing promotions. Generate new business contracts, marketing ideas, competitive shops, and inside and outside sales efforts to increase occupancy.
• Assist in preparing market surveys and corporate outreach files.
• Represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors and reflect the attitudes, policies and general personality of the company.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate, sales or customer service.
• Prior residential property management experience is a plus.
• Strong sales skills and innovative marketing ideas. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required. Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
• Must have availability for scheduled hours of Monday thru Friday. Some weekends may be required.
