    Our client is looking for an energetic, highly motivated professional to join the business as Supply Chain Analyst.

    Reporting into the Sr. Manager of Operations, this role will play a pivotal part in providing best-in-class operational capability and customer service. The role is responsible for all aspects of Retail order entry, processing, and customer service and ensuring orders are fulfilled on time in full. Currently operating from a single distribution center, this role will support the launch of a new DC and transition to multi-nodal fulfillment network. As a part of a small, dynamic team, this role will participate in the broader supply chain transformation agenda and will have the opportunity to shape the evolution of their operation.

    The role will work closely with the leads in Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting as well as with their 3PL DC and retail customers, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth through exceptional operational execution and customer service.

     

    Key areas of Responsibility

    • Own end-to-end Order Management of retail and international customer orders, including order entry/approval, issue resolution, communication with internal partners, DC, and customers. Responsibility for on-time fulfillment of customer orders.
    • Enable the preparation of shipment markings and documentation for international and domestic shipments including LOT/Packing Lists as required by retailers, Commercial Invoices (CI) and Shippers Letter of Intent (SLI) for international shipments, NAFTA/USMCA documents and Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGC) per IATA International air or International Maritime Organization (IMO) form for ocean shipments.
    • Ensure all shipments adhere to retailer requirements as required by shipping/routing guides.
    • Maintain KPI reporting, review feedback, and trends with Internal and External partners.
      • Maintain key operational reports, lead weekly Fulfillment meeting and flag roadblocks to larger team for resolution.
      • Review and document penalties/charge backs incurred from retail partners.
      • Work with 3PL and and internal partners to and dispute and reverse penalties/charge backs where merited.
    • Participate in set and testing of EDI connections with vendor partners.
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to support 3rd-party sales channels including reviewing replenishment plans and initiating shipments to 3rd party sites
    • Support operational Month-End activities
    • Reconcile and code invoices related to transportation and 3PL operations.
    • Perform other tasks and projects as needed
    • Adhere to the client's quality procedures and health / safety standards

     

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
    • 1-3 years experience in similar role
    • Ability to learn and adapt to business needs
    • EDI (True Commerce) / Net Suite experience preferred
    • Strong proficiency in Excel building models and analyzing large data sets.
    • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, willing to learn, ask questions, seek solutions, active problem solve, and push for change
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills - written and verbal, and ability to build cross-functional partnerships and work with cross-functional teams.
