The ideal Enterprise Program Manager PMO will provide global cross-segment PMO leadership for the end-to-end transformation of the HR ecosystem. This Program Office expert delivers a comprehensive program plan and oversight including internal functional and technical leaders as well as external implementation partners. This role in partnership with other Transformation leaders in HR and IT delivers business transformation at scale, deploying the processes and connected IT solutions/tools against 2-3 year roadmaps with a focus on driving data insights, simplified global processes, and effective associate experiences. Key Responsibilities: Establish and manage the Technology Transformation PMO to oversee and manage plans to develop and deploy new global capabilities including core HCM platform. Develop a unified technology deployment plan incorporating internal workstream plans and implementation partner plan(s). Oversee progress reporting on implementation including Workday platform, connected system initiatives and system rationalization. Coordinate tracking for key dependencies, decisions, risk mitigations and contingency plans related to technology in the transformation. Facilitates regular team meetings to drive efficient status reporting by workstream both functional and technical. Ensures scope, schedule and budget are tracked in an efficient PMO structure. Responsible for supporting high performing project teams, providing project management expertise to all workstream leads and teams. Establish release management and continuous improvement framework for post go live support of HCM platform. Context and Scope: The role operates across business segments and functions partnering with segment Functional and Technical Experts to co-manage Workday deployment for process and IT capabilities. It brings in external/best practice project management insights & trends from industry to influence and drive business transformation at scale for HR capabilities. HR project management leadership including strategic alignment, design authority for new capability, data/application/information architecture, business case, program and process definition. The position will work with the Workstream Program leadership as well as HR and IT community to ensure resources are secured for global technology transformation programs. It oversees project management activities for both functional and technical teams supporting the transformation program. Education & Professional Qualification: Bachelors degree in IT, Business or relevant business function (e.g. Human Resources) or equivalent Knowledge/Experience: 10+ years experience in HR IT including leading PMO or HR deployment programs for Cloud based platforms such as Workday Large Scale Program Management expertise in global deployments (PMI/PMP or similar certification preferred) Applications portfolio management Budget Management Stakeholder Relationship Management of functional and technical experts Must haves for this role: Multiple global/multi-cultural HCM Workday deployments Enterprise scale program experience Large-scale implementations of HCM Workday, with complex third party Integrations Program Management in enterprise wide/large scale matrixed environment Strong interpersonal skills Executive level communications Self-Starter/Leader Plus Skills: Waterfall with Agile experience Jira SmartSheet ServiceNow Project/Portfolio US citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply, sponsorship for this role is not available at this time.
