    Job Title: Fleet Administrator Reports to: VP Fleet Operations Type: Non-Exempt

    Schedule: Mon – Fri 40 hours/week

    Job Summary:

    The Fleet Administrator role is responsible for a variety of administrative & clerical support duties for the fleet operations team including accurate record keeping, tracking and entering fleet information into operations database and running reports as directed by VP of Fleet.

    Essential Functions:

    Maintain accurate Fleet equipment records, including additions, disposals, & sales (digital & paper files) including our pending purchases workbook.

    Apply for and manage title applications, title transfers, tags, registrations & their renewals.

    Log & account for dealer tag usage & other dealer related responsibilities.

    Maintain accurate insurance roster & account for additions & removals.

    Administer the Marathon Fuel Card system – vehicles & user pins.

    Administer the Fuel Master system – vehicles & user pins.

    Maintain Sun Pass account.

    Reconcile the monthly Regions Fleet expenses through Concur.

    Respond to fleet-related inquiries & requests from other departments & support of Fleet Analyst.

    Coordinate travel arrangements as needed for Fleet department.

    Assist with Unit Audits and inventories.

    Support all corporate departments such as Human Resources, Safety & Risk, Fleet Operations, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Executive team.

    Respond to corporate requests in a timely manner

    Maintain an understanding of company policies and procedures. Review company handbook periodically to ensure accurate knowledge

    Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards as well as all government regulations

    Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Minimum Requirements

    Prior experience as office manager or title clerk in a fleet department

    Minimum 5 years of office / clerical experience

    Adobe and Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

    Valid Florida Driver’s License.

    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

    Preferred Requirements

    Prior trucking / logistics experience preferred

    Physical Requirements:
