Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager for our electronic manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering, rework/repair, and mechanical assembly, as well as the ability to lead a team of 20 workers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring production goals are met

Train and motivate team members to meet productivity targets

Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting complex issues as needed

Develop and maintain a safe working environment

Ensure quality control processes are followed and consistently maintained

Plan and schedule production activities, making adjustments as necessary to meet customer demands

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing, including soldering, rework/repair, and mechanical assembly

Strong technical skills and experience in troubleshooting complex production issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in English

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to read technical drawings/documents

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay: $20-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience
