Primary Responsibilities: • Process visitors • Enter visitors into resident profiles • Respond to e-mails and phone calls • Complete incident reports as needed
Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic computer skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Schedule: • Part-Time Overnight Shift and Afternoon Shift, must be flexible.
Dress Code: • Uniforms will be provided. We use a dry-cleaning service paid for by Wyndemere.
Languages: • English and Spanish preferred.
