    Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse to join our dedicated team in Chicago, IL.     Responsibilities:

    Provide individualized, one-on-one nursing care to private duty patients in home settings

    Assess, monitor, and document patient health status and changes in condition

    Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

    Develop and implement personalized patient care plans in coordination with healthcare team

    Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff regarding care updates

    Perform skilled nursing tasks including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management

    Educate patients and family members on health management and disease prevention

    Requirements:

    Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois

    Previous private duty, home health, or clinical nursing experience preferred

    Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, patient safety, and infection control

    Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a home care environment

    CPR/BLS certification required

    Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Chicago area
