Why Work Here?
Join First Step Healthcare and make a meaningful difference in individuals' quality of life. We believe quality of care should always support quality of life — independence, dignity, health, and overall well-being.
A company that supports its staff. You'll never be dropped into a situation without backup. Real training, real answers, and leadership that has your back when a shift gets hard.
A company that believes in the mission. We measure success by whether the people we serve are more independent, more connected, and more in control of their own lives than when they came to us. If that's how you think about this work, you'll fit here.
You'll know who you're working for. Small enough that leadership knows your name and takes your call.
Paid on time, every time. No chasing your check.
