Destiny’s Caring Hands LLC is hiring reliable, flexible PRN Floaters to fill in where help is needed most—whether it's first shift in Mishawaka or a last-minute evening call-out in Elkhart. This role is perfect for adaptable caregivers looking for flexible hours, fast-paced variety, and weekly pay.

🕒 Shift Details:

Shifts available: 1st (7 AM–3 PM), 2nd (3 PM–11 PM), 3rd (11 PM–7 AM)

Shift lengths vary: from 2 to 9 hours, depending on the assignment.

Work locations include private homes, our Adult Day Center, and field clients.

Must be willing to work in multiple counties and respond quickly to coverage needs

🧡 What You’ll Do:

Fill in during caregiver call-offs, last-minute gaps, or short-staffed sites

Provide non-medical care including personal hygiene, light housekeeping, companionship, meal prep, and medication reminders

Document services accurately and clock in/out using our EVV system

Remain calm, compassionate, and professional in all environments

✅ What We Require:

Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (paid or unpaid)

Open availability for varying shifts and counties

Must have reliable transportation, a working phone, and good communication skills

Pass background check, TB test, and drug screen

CPR certification preferred but not required

🔁 30-Day Consistency Commitment:

Remain active by accepting at least 4 shifts per month

Respond to PRN shift requests promptly.

Low responsiveness, frequent unavailability, or no-shows may result in removal from the PRN roster
