Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, and function

• Educate patients and families to support safe care at home

• Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Physical Therapist license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to quality care and patient satisfaction

• Home health experience preferred but not required
