About us

Rise Up Homecare is a rapidly-growing home health agency seeking a professional, compassionate Registered Nurse who is ready to flourish in a team-friendly environment.

This will be a Remote position operating mostly in Sarasota County. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others and is eager to blaze their trail as we continue to grow as a company. This position will entail RN assessments at client’s homes, supervisory visits for clients and caregivers, and any additional education to our CNAs and Home Health Aides will be encouraged. Responsibilities

Assess the needs of the client in order to develop plan of care

Maintain home health equipment, supplies and inventory.

Address patients' physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.

Assist client’s in managing and reconciling their medications.

Maintain staff attendance records.

Requirements

A level II background screening is required for this position https://info.flclearinghouse.com

Currently living in the area as it is in person

Current Florida Driver's License with current auto insurance

CEU on Elderly Abuse, Human Trafficking and Alzheimer's/Dementia

TB test results

CPR Certification
