Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care while helping patients restore mobility, strength, and independence.

Position Details:

• PRN / As-needed schedule
• Pay: $50 – $55 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Assist patients with improving strength, balance, and functional mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention strategies
• Document patient visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate patient progress with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical standards

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams
