Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide PRN clinical nutrition services in long-term care, rehabilitation, and behavioral health settings in the Knoxville, TN area.

Candidates interested in additional hours may also have the opportunity to provide maternity leave coverage for approximately 8 to 12 weeks beginning in mid-September. ** __**

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits
• Complete onsite visits during weekday business hours

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
• Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric experience preferred but not required
