Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pain Clinic on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care and experience in pain management. As a PRN RN, you will play a crucial role in administering patient care, providing education, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients' pain and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medication and monitor patients for pain control and adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to execute pain management protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on pain management techniques and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
- Ensure adherence to infection control guidelines and safety protocols.

-Willing to travel and work at all of our clinic locations

Qualifications:

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- Minimum of 2years of nursing experience, preferably in a pain management or critical care setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
