At Hillcrest House (a program of Sanctuary House), we provide a safe, supportive home for adults living with serious mental illness—and we’re looking for caring, dependable people to join our team.

$15–$17 per hour, based on experience and education

Open Position

PRN (As Needed - Minimum of 2 shifts per month required)

1st Shift: 8 am - 3 pm

2nd Shift: 3 pm - 10 pm

3rd Shift (Overnight Sleep Shift): 10 pm - 8 am

What You’ll Do

Support residents with daily routines and independent living skills

Build positive, supportive relationships

Help create a safe, stable, and welcoming environment

Respond calmly and appropriately to resident needs

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and compassionate individuals

Valid NC driver’s license with clean record

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person.

Preferred (but not required)

Experience in mental health, caregiving, or group home settings
