Position: PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Home Health Visits)
Rates: $110 per evaluation | $95 per follow-up visit

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PRN SLP to provide speech-language therapy to patients in their homes. Flexible schedule with competitive pay per visit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations in patients’ homes.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide follow-up therapy sessions as needed.

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.

• Communicate with interdisciplinary care team as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Valid SLP license in Florida.

• Experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Reliable transportation for home visits.

Schedule:

• PRN/flexible; schedule as available.
