PRN Supervising Registered Nurse – Home Care (Fredericksburg, VA)

Home Helpers Home Care of Fredericksburg is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a PRN basis.

This role is ideal for an RN looking for flexible, part-time work while helping seniors and individuals remain safe and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities: • Conduct initial in-home client assessments • Develop and review plans of care • Provide supervisory visits and clinical oversight • Collaborate with agency leadership to ensure compliance with Virginia Home Care Organization regulations • Document assessments and supervisory visits accurately and timely

Requirements: • Active Virginia RN license in good standing • Home care, home health, hospice, or related experience preferred • Strong communication and assessment skills • Reliable transportation • Ability to travel within Fredericksburg and surrounding counties

Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with non-medical home care agencies • Familiarity with client assessments and care planning • Comfortable working independently

Compensation: • Competitive PRN hourly or per-assessment compensation • Flexible scheduling
