Our PRO Pediatrics school-based division supports students from Early Intervention age, up to grade 12 within school districts, charter schools, and intermediate units. PRO Pediatrics is currently seeking Early Intervention Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide services within a local intermediate unit near Aston, PA.

Job Details:
- Part-time position to begin with the potential to build to full-time hours if desired, hourly position
- Flexibility to build caseloads based on candidate's preference and client availability
- Early intervention caseload, ages 3-5
- Must be okay with traveling to multiple clients in one day. Travel time is paid for between clients.
- Billable indirect time offered
- The PCAs will work under the direction of the classroom teacher supporting students with academic, behavioral, and daily living needs. PCAs will work 1:1 with students implementing goals outlined in student IEPs. Data collection will be required.

Qualifications:
- Must have an Associate's degree or have completed at least 2 years of a Bachelor's degree program
- Previous experience working with children is highly preferred
- Must have a strong desire and motivation to work with children
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
