    Our PRO Pediatrics school-based division supports students from Early Intervention age, up to grade 12 within school districts, charter schools, and intermediate units. PRO Pediatrics is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services at a local charter school near Philadelphia, PA 19141.

    Job Description:

    • Implement specialized therapy treatment in accordance with the student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
    • Screen, evaluate, and write reports on student levels, needs, strengths, and progress using approved testing and assessment tools
    • Analyze and interpret formal and informal assessment data and facilitate the use of the data as a guide for effective instruction to improve student speech/language skills.
    • Works with school personnel and parents to design and implement the student’s intervention plan, individual service plan, or individual student plan most appropriate to address the student’s need
    • Serves as a member of the school’s multidisciplinary team, IEP program team, and offer consultation and collaboration with school staff and parents in support of student’s goals
    • Complete, update, and maintain required documentation
    • Perform other appropriate duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
    • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology License
    • PA Department of Education Teaching Certification
    • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs)
    • Must have at least 1 year consecutive experience treating children and/or adolescents in an educational setting
    • Must be comfortable using a computer
    • Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
    • Current clearances (within 6 months)
