    Job Description

    Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Entry Level

    This is an immediate hire, full time position with weekly pay based on experience.

    PRO Connections has been a leader in customer satisfaction, successfully launching campaigns for recognizable brands throughout their 7 U.S locations.

    Our goal is to educate, inspire and train our associates to provide the best customer experience and to lead the industry in positive feedback.

    Our commitment to excellence means we offer paid training to CSRs and only promote from within. The Customer Service Representative position is a stepping stone to a management position through the gradual increase in responsibility.

    Job Function of Customer Service Representative:

    • Consult customers

    • Manage customer expectation

    • Promote positive experience

    • Lead customer service initiatives

    • Generate ideas for POS experience

    • Troubleshoot issues

    • Assist in maintaining target acquisitions

    • Assist in training sessions daily/weekly

    • Design client campaigns

    • Raise campaign awareness as assigned

    Qualifications of Customer Service Representative:

    • Must be available FULL TIME

    • Desire to grow professionally (management positions available upon completion of probationary period)

    • Ability to build and nurture relationships

    • Ability to work as a team and independently

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Sales experience a plus

    • Highschool GED or equivalent required
