We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our great team at ProActive Rehabilitation & Wellness!

We are a growing outpatient private practice clinic located in Augusta, GA treating the adult population; specializing in orthopedics, neuro, pain management, amputee, aquatic therapy, sports/injury.

Specifically, we are expanding our services and beginning to complete evaluations and assessments for Adults with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. These individuals are medically complex and require evaluations for wheelchairs, equipment, and additional supports; as well as caregiver training and education.

As a PT your roles include:

Assess, plan, organize & administer rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury.

Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to direct the plan of care

Participate in knowledge translation & content creation initiatives at the practice

We are looking for a team member to join us as PRN, with the vision to move into a more permanent position as caseload builds.
