Procellis Technology, Inc. is looking for IOT Network Technicians to join our growing team. As a Procellis IOT Network Technician, your job responsibilites will include repair of GPS, machine control, Mobile Gateways, AVL devices. Work must be completed in a safe, professional, and timely manner. Based upon level of expertise, the Service Technician may work under direct supervision. This is full time position (40 hours a week). Occasional hours on weekends possible. Flexibility in availability of work hours desired.
Specific Duties Include:
• Respond to customer callouts, providing technical service and maintenance support at customer locations
• Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned by the supervisor
• Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment
• Perform routine preventative IoT maintenance on large municipal vehicles
• Basic installation functions (e.g., pulling cables, mounting devices, installing)
• Interact with clients in a professional and positive manner at all times
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
• Following key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility
• Prioritize and plan service calls
• Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities.
