    JOB DESCRIPTION

    PROCOR Industrial is searching for the ideal team member to join our dynamic and growing organization at our Headquarters, based in Cornelius. This candidate must be a great complement to the highly focused, enthusiastic and energetic environment of our global company.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    As our Controller, you will be responsible for all the functions of our accounting division, including:

    • Accounts Payable
    • Accounts Receivable
    • Cash Flow
    • European HQ
    • End of Month/Year/Bank Reporting
    • 1099 Preparation
    • Credit Card Reconciliation

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    · Microsoft Great Plains/ Dynamics experience

    · Working knowledge of office equipment

    · Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook

    · Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

    · Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Self-Motivated

    · Team Player

    · Apply accounting principles and handle work that is analytical, evaluative, and advisory in nature

    · Requires an understanding of both accounting theory and practice

    · Attention to detail. Accuracy is imperative.

    · Well organized, able to multi-task, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    · Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner

    · Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

    · 4-year degree in Business/ Accounting or relevant work experience (preferred)
