    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

     

    We are rapidly expanding and are looking to hire a Bilingual Recruiter (fluent in English & Spanish). You will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of the Sourcing and Recruiting process. You will meet with hiring managers to determine headcount and talent needs, before helping to build out job descriptions, sourcing and posting plans, and conducting interviews. You will be responsible to support hires in both the US and Mexico with a primary focus on our headquarter locations in Los Angeles, CA and Tijuana, MX. This position will report into the Head of HR.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

     

    ●      Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role

    ●      Identify and reach out to prospective candidates through LinkedIn, other job sites and professional contacts

    ●      Identify various sources of candidates, including international organizations at colleges, professional groups and other communities

    ●      Create, collaborate, edit, and publish job ads to job boards and social media groups

    ●      Screen applicants through phone interviews in both required languages (English & Spanish as necessary)

    ●      Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and provide regular feedback on the recruitment process

    ●      Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

    ●      Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

    ●      Actively seeks candidates with a specific focus on diversity, equality and inclusion.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

     

    ●      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience

    ●      At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.

    ●      SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or equivalent preferred.

    ●      SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
