Job Description

Production Automation Corporation (PAC) is a national distributor of production supplies and equipment for the electronics and medical device/cleanroom industries. We are a rapidly expanding company that is looking to add team members to help us keep growing and achieving new business opportunities.

Our current search is for an outstanding customer service/sales support individual to join us in our corporate headquarters.

Our ideal hire would be someone who describes themselves as highly organized and detail-oriented, a person who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and is comfortable changing gears based on the daily workload.

Responsabilities:

• Sending order confirmations to customers
• Order entry and invoicing
• Checking the status on backorders for customers and our sales staff
• Following up on unconfirmed sales orders with vendors and manufacturers
• Resolving customer requests regarding sales orders
• Monitoring orders and tracking numbers to ensure timely deliveries
• Updating information in SAP Business One

As well as standard customer service duties, such as:

• Answering phone calls/emails from customers regarding their orders or our products
• Providing invoices to customers
• Resolving incorrect or missing items from orders
• Resolving freight issues on deliveries
• Handling returns and/or exchanges on customer orders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years in Customer Service (business to business experience is a plus)
• Proven prior experience with order entryand order expediting.
• Ability to communicate professionally by both phone and email
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, mainly Outlook and Excel.
• Prior experience with SAP or CRM’s experience a plus.
