As a Production Line Operator, you'll be responsible for efficiently and accurately processing our customers' parts through various chemical conversion and cleaning solutions. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery, including hoists, production baskets, loading machines, and timers.

Accurately set up, operate, and immerse customer parts in finishing solutions for specified durations, strictly adhering to instructions on work tickets.

Observe timers and gauges diligently to ensure proper parts processing and adjust or stop the process as needed to address any issues.

Inspect parts for defects throughout the production cycle, ensuring quality control.

Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment, replenishing materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Adhere strictly to all established safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. You may also participate in safety training and audits.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and activity logs.

Crosstrain on all production lines to support various operational needs.
