About the Role:

Shalva Haven LLC is looking for a passionate and driven Program Director to lead and grow our programs in Casa Grande, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest quality of care and service delivery. Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all program operations and services

Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to program staff and team members

Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance

Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and funding sources

Ensure programs meet all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards

Track program outcomes and prepare reports for leadership and funders

Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

3–5 years of progressive experience in program management or leadership

Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and multi-faceted program operations

Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and best practices in program administration

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience working with vulnerable populations or in a residential/community-based setting is a plus

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
