🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Run daily install operations across Ohio

Lead subcontractor teams with authority and respect

Maintain timelines, budgets, and 5-star customer satisfaction

Own the install lifecycle — from scheduling to final walkthrough

Hire, train, and develop top-tier subcontractors

Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff

💼 WHAT YOU BRING:

1–3+ years of construction or install management experience

Roofing, siding, or window install knowledge

Early riser, hands-on, and deadline driven

Solid tech/computer skills + valid driver’s license
