PROJECT MANAGER

McGarity Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the day-to-day engagement lead on a government management training contract.

Your responsibilities:

Serve as primary client liaison ]

Manage project schedule, milestones, deliverable reviews, and approval workflows

Lead weekly governance and status meetings

Coordinate cross-functional team of instructional designers, facilitators, and subject matter experts

Manage risk, issues, and scope changes

Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time and meet quality standards

Required qualifications:

PMP certification or equivalent (required)

5+ years managing learning and development or professional services contracts

Experience managing government or municipal contracts strongly preferred

Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills

Ability to be named as Key Personnel on a government proposal immediately
