    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced PROS CPQ Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions within a large-scale enterprise technology environment. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise, with deep knowledge of pricing workflows, quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes, and enterprise system integrations.

    As a PROS CPQ Consultant, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring CPQ solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with sales and pricing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to CPQ, pricing, and sales operations processes

    Design, configure, and customize PROS CPQ solutions to meet complex business and pricing needs

    Collaborate closely with business users, developers, QA teams, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions

    Support integrations between PROS CPQ and enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)

    Configure price lists, discounting logic, approval workflows, and quoting rules within PROS CPQ

    Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows

    Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities

    Provide training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support to end users and support teams

    Required Skills & Experience

    5+ years of overall experience working with CPQ or related enterprise sales systems

    At least 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting PROS CPQ

    Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and pricing strategies

    Proven experience with PROS configuration, pricing structures, discount models, and approval workflows

    Experience integrating CPQ solutions with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

    Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications

    Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and iterative delivery models

    Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with PROS Pricing and/or Revenue Management modules

    Industry exposure to Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Hi-Tech environments

    PROS or other CPQ platform certifications

    Background in software development or scripting (e.g., XML, JavaScript) is a strong plus

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field

    Master’s degree is preferred but not required
