Function: The top priority for a Curator at PROSE is sales and customer experience. This means enrolling all guests into our money saving memberships, upgrading each of their services with add-ons, and selling retail and gift cards, while staying focused on delivering exceptional customer service to anyone who walks through the door. General Duties: • Enrolling guests into our membership program. • Creating an exceptional member/guest experience. • Welcoming members and guests into the Boutique. • Acting as a brand ambassador who ensures interactions are maintained to PROSE brand standards. • Assisting members and guests with scheduling appointments. • Explaining the benefits of the services performed and makes home care recommendations. • Maintaining a clean environment. • Maintaining professional appearance  • Attending all scheduled shifts; is prompt to work and works entire scheduled shift. Preferred Experience: • Experience in membership sales. • Experience in customer service. • Experience in retail sales. Preferred Qualifications: • Able to work flexible days and hours. • English language proficiency
