    ASSISTANT MANAGING BROKER

    We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Real Estate Broker to assist in managing our IL sales division from our downtown Chicago office under the direction of the Designated Managing Broker (MB).

    A Managing Broker’s License is not required at the time of hire. This role will groom you to eventually become the Designated Managing Broker of the office(s). You will be responsible for growth and production for the Sales Division. You will implement the business plan for the office(s) by coaching, training, and holding his or her brokers and staff to production standards.

    The Assistant Managing Broker is expected to support and promote all company products, services, programs, and personnel to fulfill the company’s vision of delivering an extraordinary real estate experience for both its agents and clients.

    This is an opportunity for a Broker with a desire to learn how to manage agents, handle office responsibilities, and grow production. Qualified candidates must be willing to grow their knowledge base, training skills, and leadership abilities.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Train under the Designated Managing Broker

    $40,000 - $80,000 salary range based on your current experience.

    Percentage of Division overrides based on your team’s performance.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Onsite required

    Recruit and retain sales agents

    Meet Division production goals

    Operate the Sales Division to budget

    Coach and train agents for success

    Utilize the company’s training and script programs

    Work with sales associates in developing their production

    Assist sales associates in writing business and marketing plans

    Work with the Marketing Team to develop Agent Branding for sales associates

    Assist with Lead Generation by utilizing our software and proprietary applications

    Host sales associate training seminars

    Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly coaching and/or accountability meetings with sales associates.

    Assist Administration and QC with files and contracts.

    Attend and actively participate in company-sponsored events.

    Comply with and enforce all company policies.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree at a minimum

    Must hold a current active Illinois Broker’s license.

    Must be an active member of the Chicago Association of Realtors.

    Minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience and licensing.

    Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws.

    Leadership skills to guide a team of sales associates successfully.
