The person we are looking for will: Design and decorate cakes in different styles Maintain cleanliness of the workstation at all times Fulfill customer requests and special orders (ex: wedding cakes) on time Suggesting suitable cake designs and decoration options Assisting the Pastry Chef with pastry decorations and production for showcase Abiding by the Health and Safety standards Using decorating and modeling techniques and tools for creating intricate designs Monitoring and stocking of decorating supplies Supporting other staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
