    Provi is looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about providing exceptional support and ready tackle responsibilities involved in launching new markets, retaining users, and delivering extraordinary service to customers and vendors.

    Founded in 2016, Provi is an open digital marketplace connecting retailers (restaurants + bars), distributors, and suppliers in the alcohol industry.  We are a well-funded, hungry team making an impact on a $240-Billion-dollar industry.

    Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Customer Success Specialist (CSS) contributes to the Provi mission by building and maintaining key client relationships in order to ensure exceptional experiences for the company’s bar, restaurant and hotel partners.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Tier 1 support desk including Intercom, support chat, account administration and optimization.

    • Support Business Development with new market rollouts, lead generation and conversion via inbound/outbound calls.

    • Using your exceptional interpersonal skills to educate, train and support our customers on best practices, the use and benefit of the platform.

    • Own overall relationship with designated partners, which include: increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.

    • Building superior relationships, and delivering service and support to ensure customer renewals.

    • Summarizing product feedback from customers and providing it to the operations + product team.

    • Inspiring clients to think strategically about how Provi can support their business needs.

    What we are looking for:

    • You are comfortable making cold and warm calls and have excellent phone presence.

    • Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with key, strategic clients and accounts.

    • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for people.

    • 1-4 years’ progressive experience in customer success or key account management role.

    • Experience in garnering, maintaining and expanding customer executive relationships.

    • Expert written, oral communication and presentation skills.
