Our team works both on-site at client locations, and remotely through our MS Office 365 technology suite of document management and collaboration tools. In addition, our Radnor office affords you another place to get work done or meet up with colleagues for a project planning session. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, you may have experience as a solo HR practitioner and have the capacity and desire to take on new challenging and diverse HR and business projects and engagements; you may be in search of a firm that has the professional resources to support you, or you may be missing the collaboration and interdependence of working with colleagues in a collaborative and learning team environment; you may be a talented HR business professional who believes that in our “new-normal,” you need more work-life balance flexibility. WE ARE LOOKING FOR candidates who served in an "HR department of one" in a small to mid-sized organization or HR Business Partner role in a larger company; 5+ years of progressive tactical and strategic HR generalist experience; exposure to multiple industries; related professional certification and a Bachelor's degree; professional service firm experience is highly desirable.
