    Position Summary:

    In this position, we are seeking a self-driven, well organized Inventory Control Analyst with a high level of detail who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct daily Cycle counts as scheduled
    • Identify causes of inventory count errors and recommend solutions to management
    • Research all discrepancies that are out of tolerance to determine the root cause for the discrepancy
    • Identify and report errors by team members. Work with production and/or warehouse leadership to identify team members who need additional training
    • Instruct company personnel on inventory accuracy processes and procedures
    • Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and employee safety programs
    • Ad-hoc inventory tasks as required

    What we’re looking for:

    • 2-5 years of cycle-count, warehousing, or material handling experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
    • Experience in lot control environment preferred
    • Strong mathematical capability
    • Forklift Certification Preferred (required to obtain certification if hired)
    • Ability to lift 50lb on an occasional basis
    • Overall understanding of Microsoft Office products (Excel amp; Word)
    • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
    • Initiative-taking and goal driven with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to collaborate well within a team
